For starters, Steve was in fort myers when I called, and made it from there to cape in about 15 minutes. So when he says he's on his way he means it. You don't get that with a lot of mobile mechanics. First impression was very enthusiastic, and trusting. You could tell he is very knowledgeable in what he does, but more importantly THAT HE CARES.
